Add users to an account so multiple people may have their name listed on the account so mail can be accepted with multiple names.
Additional Recepiants may also be used to add a name to the account as a verified person to pick up the mail.
1. Click on the Customers icon
2. Search for the user in the search bar.
3. Select the Username to view customer account information
4. Click add name
• Fill out the information into the selected fields. In the drop down menu select either "paid, free, or inactive".
• If you wish to add a name to pick up the mail, add the name and select "inactive". This will make it so the customer is not charged for the additional person but the name will be listed in their account to allow additional people to pick up the mail.
