View Scan requests and upload a scanned item.
1. Go to Mail Admin
2. Click Scan Requests to view a list of mail items customers have requested to be scanned. You may sort the scan requests in ascending or descending order. Descending order will display the most recent requests.
3. You must scan the item and save it as a PDF on your computer.
4. Then click the Scan Complete symbol and that will prompt you to upload the pdf.
5. Drag and drop the PDF into the new pop-up window. Once it has loaded, the mail will appear in
the customer’s SphereMail account, and they will be notified via email.
