Registration information of customers that sign up, but do not complete the subscription or payment processing step on SphereMail, is sent directly to coworking space owners. This is the perfect way to followup with customers to ensure they complete their subscription package with your company.
USPS Form 1583
Each member is sent a 1583 form to their email, which is required by the USPS. You may NOT release nor provide any services for the member without the 1583 form signed. They can come to your space in person to sign along with two valid forms of ID, or they can use our online notary. If they come to your space for you to sign as the agent, update their information. Go to the user's account, and click “Update Account” in the “Current Address” box.
That will take you to the page to update the user's contact information along with the appropriate
forms. Check the box beside “Is USPS Form 1583 signed?” You may upload the document as well by clicking “Browse” for the file. Save changes.
