To view your financial report you must be a super administrator. Super administrators are the only users who have access to the financial report section.
1. To view reports select the reports icon
2. You can generate two types of reports; a Revenue Report and a Mail Report
Under the Revenue Report Tab, there are two graphs (Revenue by month and New Customers by month) and a chart recording income from Spherephone subscribers. In order to see a more detailed breakdown of the Spherephone report, click Download CSV Report.
Phone (cost): Amount charged per month for use of phone service
Phone Usage Revenue: Amount of revenue from phone usage
Phone Usage cost: Cost for operating phone service
Chargebacks are recorded for users who have filed a fraudulent charge with their banks against the service. Most banks will accept the fraud and detract the money from the Spheremail account. The bank will also charge the service $15. These chargebacks will be handled by Spheremail and the charges should be refunded within 60-90 days. Spheremail may require more information to
support the chargeback dispute so it would require information from the venue.
1. Click on the chargebacks to view full information and the status of the chargeback
2. When the chargeback has been refunded, a new status “Won-Reversed” will be added and the
money will be refunded to the account
Net revenue: Total income per month subtracted from costs.
Under the Mail Report Tab, there is a graph detailing all mail activity for the month, and a chart that breaks down the amount of mail, as well as the number of scans, forwards, pick ups and shreds.
All mail: Amount of mail items recorded per month
Scanned: Amount of scans recorded per month
Forwarded: Amount of forwards per month
Pick ups: Amount of mail picked up per month
Shreds: Amount of mail shredded per month
