Tier 1 & 2 accounts do not create multiple plans, but they can set their pricing under the settings icon (the Wrench)/ Pricing tab.
If you have tier 3, you may create up to 4 plans. The minimum number of plans you may offer is one plan.
- You may make changes and edit these plans under Settings/Plans at any time.
- All plans may be renamed, but in order to rename a plan, you must cancel the old plan and make a new plan at the same level.
- Each plan is offered at a monthly and 6 month rate or monthly and yearly. When you create the plan, calculate the total of the six month or year rate before entering it.
- Click the settings icon (wrench)
- Click Add another Plan
- Fill out the Plan Details
Information on Plan Options
Choose a Plan Level: 4 Options, ranging from Basic to Premium Plans
Plan Name: Whatever you choose
Price: The amount that the customer will be charged for the plan.
• Enter the monthly amount, next to monthly amount
• Enter the total amount for six months or yearly, next to 6 month amount
Setup Fee: Select the amount you will charge customers for setting up a mailbox.
Retrieve Old PMB#: Every customer has a Personal Mailbox (PMB) Number which acts as their Suite number. If a customer’s plan expires or they cancel their plan, and wish to sign up again keeping the same PMB number, you have the option to charge an extra amount for this opportunity here.
Security Deposit: Whatever amount you choose to require for a deposit, if any.
Mailing Address Only: One of the plans may have the option to only have a mailbox. This will allow the customer to have a personal mailbox number, but the customer may only select to pick up their mail. They may not request a scan or forward, and they will not know who the sender is.
Private Mailbox Number (PMB#): The personal mailbox number assigned to every customer.
Mailing Address: Allows customers to have their business mailing address to be listed along with their PMB #.
Email Notification: This will automatically be a provided service. This allows the customer to be notified when new mail is recorded. This will allow the customer to view the type of mail they received and who the sender is.
Mail Manager: Allows the customer access to a dashboard from which they can manage their mail, requesting forwards, scans, shreds, and pick ups.
Letter shredding: Allows the customer the option to have their mail shredded.
Mail forwarding: Allows the customer to setup a forwarding address to have mail items forwarded to an alternative address.
Letter Scanning: Allows the customer to have letters scanned and sent to them via email notification. Different plans may offer a different number of scans, charging extra money for further scans.
Mailbox Facility Privileges:
Day Pass discount: Allows customers to get a discount for a day pass at your coworking space.
Day Pass access: Enter the number of Day Pass days the plan will offer per month.
Show Day Pass discount as actual amount: If this box is checked, the customer will see the actual amount of money they will save on a day pass, rather than a percentage.
Day Pass discount (e.g., 20 = 20%): List the percentage discount you will give to customers for a day pass by entering the number of the percentage in which you will offer.
Display Conference room discount: Allows customers to get a discount on renting your conference room.
Conference room hours per month: The amount of days per month a customer may use the conference room as included in the plan.
SpherePhone (add on)
Dedicated phone number: The minimum charge for a local and toll free phone is $7.00 per month with unlimited calling. This is the base rate that SphereMail will charge you.
Phone usage: Free unlimited
Message Notifications: Amount you will charge the customer per message notification sent.
Voice Message Answering: Amount per month that you will charge the customer to have voicemail service.
Personal Message: Amount per month you will charge the customer to record a personal message as their greeting.
Unlimited Extensions: This allows customers to add unlimited extension numbers to their Spherephone.
Make Outgoing Calls: This will allow customers to send calls from their current phone and have their Spherephone number be displayed.
Number porting: This allows customers to move their Spherephone number to their existing phone number.
Extras/ Additional Services and Charges
Additional Recipients (per month): Additional Recipients let customers add additional people to their mail account. The amount entered is the amount that customers will be charged for each additional person added to the account.
Additional letters scanned: The amount you will charge customers for each additional scan beyond the allotted amount in the plan.
Letter storage/per letter: The amount you will charge the customer for each letter stored in their mailbox. All mail must be picked up, forwarded or recycled within 30 days of the user's billing date otherwise a monthly storage fee applies on the subscription renewal date.
Parcel/Package storage (per pound, per month): The amount you will charge the customer for each pound from packages stored in their mailbox.
Letter forwarding (per letter + postage): The additional charge for forwarding a letter on top of the charge for postage.
Package forwarding (per package + postage): The additional charge for a package to be forwarded on top of the charge for postage.
International Letter forwarding (per letter + postage): The additional charge for forwarding an
international letter on top of the charge for postage.
