Three Types of SphereMail Accounts
SphereMail has three different types of accounts.
It's important to explain the differences between these accounts---and which type of account you have---in order to know whether or not a particular section of the Help doc applies to your account
Tier 1 Account: Enterprise Clients
We have enterprise clients that use our mail room management and notification software to manage their employee's postal mail. This is especially helpful if they have remote workers. These
account we refer to as “Tier 1.”
We also work with shared office spaces (Coworking Spaces, Executive Suites and Office Centers), and offer them two types of accounts:
Tier 2 Account: The space is billed “Per user.” It is also referred to as our “Per Member Pricing Model.” In this model the space uses their own billing system and bills their users directly.
Tier 3 Account: The Transaction Model, in which SphereMail charges 10% per-transaction. This model uses SphereMail's billing system, therefore most sections in this document that deal with billing only apply to tier 3 accounts.
